Mint Ginger Tea Recipe

  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 inch ginger, crushed
  • 3 green cardamom pods
  • 4 stalks of pudina leaves and stem
  • 7 teaspoons sugar (adjust according to taste)
  • 3 teaspoons tea powder
  • Instructions:

  • Boil the water and add crushed ginger, green cardamom, and pudina leaves and stem.
  • Once the water color changes, add sugar and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Then add tea powder and allow it to brew.
  • Finally, relish with milk or plain black tea with lime for weight loss. You can substitute sugar with honey and lime for weight loss.

Ginger Lemon Tea Recipe

  • Take a cup of water and bring it to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add two peeled cardamom pods and crushed ginger to the water. Cover the pan and let it boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add two tablespoons of tea powder to the boiling water and allow it to boil for another minute.
  • Filter the mixture and add a spoon of jaggery powder.

Guava Leaf Chai Recipe

    Description: Guava Leaf Chai is a refreshing drink made by boiling guava leaves in water. It has a unique flavor with several health benefits including enhanced immunity, improved digestion, heart health promotion, and potential aid in weight loss.

    Ingredients:

  • Water – 1 cup
  • Fresh Guava leaves – 3
  • Tea leaves (CTC dust tea) – ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon – small stick
  • Cardamom - 1
  • Ginger – small piece
  • Lemon – few drops
  • Honey – 1 tsp
  • Ingredients:

  • Clean and wash the guava leaves.
  • Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the guava leaves, ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom and allow them to simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add the tea leaves to boiling water. Let it boil for a minute.
  • Strain the leaves.
  • Add honey and squeeze a few drops of lemon. Mix well.
  • Serve hot.

  • 1/8 से 1/4 छोटा चम्मच। आपकी पसंद के मसाले के आधार पर चाय मसाला चाय मसाला के लिए:
  • 160 ग्राम. साबुत काली मिर्च (या बारीक पिसी हुई, समान वजन। मात्रा: 1 कप + 7 बड़े चम्मच)
  • 125 ग्राम. साबुत सूखा अदरक या अदरक पाउडर (मात्रा: 1 कप + 8 बड़े चम्मच)
  • 50 ग्राम। दालचीनी की छड़ें (या बारीक पिसी हुई, समान वजन। मात्रा: 1/4 कप + 2 1/2 बड़े चम्मच)
  • 50 ग्राम। साबुत इलायची के बीज (या बारीक पिसे हुए, समान वजन। मात्रा: 1/2 कप + 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच)
  • 5 ग्राम साबुत लौंग (या बारीक पिसी हुई, समान वजन। मात्रा: 1 बड़ा चम्मच)
  • 5 ग्राम जायफल (या बारीक पिसा हुआ, समान वजन। मात्रा: 1 बड़ा चम्मच)
  • दिशा-निर्देश चाय के लिए: सभी सामग्रियों को एक (अधिमानतः टोंटीदार) सॉस पैन में डालें । मध्यम आंच पर रखें. दूध की परिधि के चारों ओर छोटे बुलबुले दिखाई देने तक गर्म होने दें। दूध को जलने से बचाने के लिए, चाय को तले से खुरचते हुए हिलाएँ। जब दूध में उबाल आ जाए तो आंच बंद कर दें और अच्छी तरह हिलाएं. एक बार फिर उबाल लें, आंच बंद कर दें और अच्छी तरह हिलाएं। कुछ मिनट तक ऐसे ही रहने दें। सावधानी से छानकर एक कप में डालें और परोसें।

Malai Chai (Tea)

    Milk 500 ml liquid, Tea leaves 3 teaspoons / large grains - 2 teaspoons, Sugar-2 tsp or as desired, Water - 2 cups, Servings - 2 cups. Method - Malai- First boil milk in a saucepan for 20 minutes on low heat. When the milk reduces and becomes a little thick, it should be taken down. Then it should be cooled. Now take the syrup or malai from the top with a spoon and put it in a bowl. Tea made - Now take 2 cups of water in another pot and when the water boils, add tea leaves, wait for it to release a little thick color, when the liquor becomes a beautiful red color, then take it down. Now put sugar on the foot you will drink tea, then pour tea and then add milk Add half a cup of tea and half milk, then gently mix 1 spoonful or add milk and shake it a little. Malai tea is done.

    For 2 Cups of tea. Bring some fresh water and boil and add a dash of Buffalo Milk. Thicken the mixture a bit so that the MALAI on top appears. Then add Golden Tips CTC tea to it and add a pinch of shahi garam masal and few fresh Holy Basil leaves to it. Brew it for 5 mins. Voila! Your Masala Chai is ready.

  • Serve with topping of 2 drops lemon for taste.

    I love preparing orange tea. It's mild , subtle and full of orangey flavour. For the recipe you boil water and then add thick orange slices alongwith a small stick of cinnamon, little tea powder(half tsp) and sugar to taste. Let it come to a roaring boil and immediately switch off the flame. Strain it with pressing the ingredients in the strainer or else it will taste bitter. Enjoyy this flavourful orange infused tea

Make Masala Chai

  • On a mortar and pestle, take 1 piece of ginger, 1 cardamom, 2 cloves, 3 to 4 black peppercorns, and a few tulsi leaves. Pound them together.
  • In a saucepan, boil one cup of water.
  • Once the water starts to boil, add the pounded masala mixture and let it brew for 2 minutes.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of tea leaves and let it brew for another 2 minutes.
  • Add 1 cup of hot milk and let it brew for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Add sugar to taste and let it boil for another 1 or 2 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Strain and enjoy your hot cup of tea along with some evening snacks.
